Kenneth H. Norwich works:

We are very proud of being able to publish in our web this article by Kenneth H. Norwich (1984). It is our belief that this article represents the most relevant advance in theoretical neurology in the XX century: the discovery of uncertainty as the essential matter of perception.

The psychophysics of taste from the entropy of the stimulus. by K. H. Norwich, 1984

In this book, K.H. Norwich summarizes three decades of research in perception phenomena. His fundamental discovery, that perception consists of gaining information by means of reduction of the stimulus uncertainty, is explained in detail in this extraordinary book.  It is, without doubt, the most important theoretical discovery in perception science of the last century.

INFORMATION, SENSATION and PERCEPTION by K.H. Norwich, 1993, 2003.
